• Public entities with respect to the issuance of Clean Renewable Energy Bonds in the amounts of more than $2 million and $1 million.

• Public entities in the acquisition of a $21 million Standby Letter of Credit, a $2 million Line of Credit and a $933,750 Commercial Term Loan.
