Garofolo & Ramsdell represented the plaintiff in the action styled McCrary v. Tereo Corp., et al., Case No. 5:21-cv-09196-NC, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, which involved complex issues of patent infringement, copyright infringement, and trade secrets. In the litigation, Defendant Tereo Corporation, Inc. filed a counterclaim against Plaintiff for patent infringement. As part of the settlement, Tereo Corporation, Inc. agreed to assign the patent that it claimed Plaintiff infringed upon to Plaintiff.
